• High quality bi-oriented shrink film

• The RIPACK 3000 shrink gun and its range of extensions: extensions of different lengths coupled with the RIPACK 3000’s swivel nozzle mean you can easily shrink the top of a boat, for example. Cold nozzle technology means there’s no risk of burning people or property. The Securipack regulator ensures the correct pressure in the system and cuts off the gas at the slightest fault.
• Finally, the arm support makes your work easier by distributing the weight of the gun and extensions over the whole forearm rather than just the wrist.

Low density polyethylene film (LDPE) is made up of neutral elements, making it an inert material. No pollutants are released during its manufacture, use, recycling or destruction.
It is 100% recyclable at an extremely low cost. The plastics used in the shrinking process, based on low-density polyethylene, can be recycled and reused as a component in new plastics, to make bin liners or agricultural plastics.

New extrusion technologies are also enabling more and more recycled materials to be used in the manufacture of shrink covers and films.

All our films are manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. Bs1,d0 and M1 certifications are available for all lengths and widths within the limits of 190 to 300 microns for Bs1,d0 and 200 to 300 microns for M1.

No, there’s no limit to the size of parts you can cover. In fact, our films are easy to seal. Simply superimpose 2 films 30 cm wide and use our Ripack shrink gun to continuously sweep the flame and apply pressure to the area using a heatproof glove. Once the seal has been made, simply start shrinking by passing the Ripack shrink gun at a minimum distance of 30 cm.
The films can be unlimited sealed side by side.

Ventilation is essential for long-term storage. Ripack Supplies self-adhesive ventilation grids allow air to circulate under the film.

It is important to place them every 2 metres on each side of your wrapped product.

This will allow air to circulate and prevent unpleasant odours and moisture from taking hold.

Placed on either side of a winterised boat or film-protected equipment and every 2 metres, air intakes create draughts, preventing odours, damp and mould. Don’t skimp on ventilation grilles: the more you have, the better the air purification in your confined space is.

Yes, it is quite possible to access a wrapped area. You can place doors or zipped openings (depending on the space available) on your shrink-wrap to gain access to the inside of the packaging. Available in 3 pass-through heights, zipped doors can be arranged with a top or bottom opening. Easy to install with adhesive (SH type), simply cut the fabric to size once the door is installed for secure access to the inside of your shrink-wrapped space.

Ideal for creating your own access points, the self-adhesive white zip strips have a heavy-gauge zip fastener with a total length of 2.00m. They can be used to create a passageway in hard-to-reach areas or on films that don’t have enough space for a small zipped door.

Our wide-width films are made from high-quality LDPE and feature bi-oriented shrinkage, great flexibility of application and UV stabilisation guaranteed for 12 months.
There are also wide-width shrink films with different properties depending on the issues you face.

Fire-retardant film will delay the spread of heat under the film, protecting the goods for longer.

Opaque films can also be used if discretion is required.
Our films are white by default, but we can manufacture coloured films.

When the shrink gun is used correctly, the hot air is swept over the cover as if it were being spray-painted. It is never left in one place long enough to cause damage.

The shrink film thins and holes form before enough heat is transferred to damage what is being covered.
